HOW IT WORKS
If we have not satisfied the Promises listed above, we ask that you provide the reason for your dissatisfaction in writing and give us 30 days to correct the issue. If we are unable to resolve the issue, you may cancel your property management agreement without penalty.
Our conditions for the Happiness Guarantee
- A written notice is provided by the property owner to PMI East Lyme, outlining the Happiness Guarantee promises we haven’t lived up to
- PMI East Lyme has 30 day to resolve the Happiness Guarantee issues and respond back in writing to the owner the changes made
- If after 30-days, PMI East Lyme we cannot demonstrate the issues have been resolved the owner may submit a 30-day written cancellation notice
- PMI East Lyme will use the 30 days to prepare the accounts and files for transfer and ensure all outstanding invoices have been paid to vendor
