If we are unable to lease your home in 21 business days or less we will give you the first month of management for free!

Guaranteed Rental Price must be an amount agreed upon by both Owner & PMI East Lyme
The home must be vacant with all utilities on & meet our quality standards
We must have access to obtain professional photos required for marketing
The 21-day period is from the day the home is deemed move-in ready & placed on advertising for immediate occupancy through the time an applicant is approved & the reservation fee is received by PMI East Lyme
Property must be available for self-showings
The home must be pet-friendly and allow a maximum of 2 approved pets
Owner must be under a PMI East Lyme Benefit Package that includes the 21-Day Rental Guarantee
